Sweet Tooth and on a Diet? Try This!

Dieting can be the hardest thing in the world, especially if you have sweet cravings. If you love cheesecake you must try this. It is not expensive to make and you can eat the whole thing with decent macros.

Things you will need:

Mixer or Food processor

baking pan

food

scale or measuring cup

Ingredients:

Low fat Cream Cheese 16 oz. ( 2 cream cheese blocks)

2 eggs

2 egg whites

splenda 4 packs or however sweet you want it (or another artificial sweetner)

2 scoops vanilla protein

2 organic greek yogurts

 

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix all the ingredients in mixer or food processor. Spread evenly in your baking pan. Bake for 30 mins at 250, 30 mins at 325, and then 15 minutes back at 250.
